By accessing our services, infrastructure, or digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Ayateke Star Company Ltd provides water management and infrastructure services across Rwanda, subject to national regulations and these internal guidelines.
Digital Infrastructure & Amavomo
Our service delivery is enhanced by the Amavomo Water Management System (available at amavomo.com). This system is utilized for:
- Real-time monitoring of water supply networks and consumption.
- Transparent reporting of system status and maintenance requirements.
- Efficient coordination among stakeholders, including local authorities and community representatives.
Users interacting with the Amavomo platform are subject to its specific operational guidelines in addition to these general terms.
Service Obligations
Ayateke Star Company Ltd commits to maintaining water infrastructure to the highest engineering standards. Users are responsible for the protection of local water points and reporting any leakages or system failures through official channels or the Amavomo reporting interface.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Ayateke Star Company Ltd is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, national grid failures, or unauthorized tampering with infrastructure. We prioritize rapid response and transparent communication during such events.
