Our History
Since 2010, Rural water supply systems are managed by Private Operators under a Public Private Partnership Agreement (PPP). In that spirit, the former REGIE D’EAU in Kirehe District came to be changed to Ayateke Star Company Ltd.
We operate on a permanent basis, including engineers, financiers, technicians, and support staff. We carry out water supply system construction, operation, and maintenance activities.
Currently, Ayateke Star Company Ltd is managing water supply systems in rural areas of Rwanda and implementing the Mahama Water Treatment Plant project.

To promote sustainability in the management of Water and Sanitation infrastructures and to help people have access to electricity and maximize their lifestyle value for living in a safe and lovable environment.
Our Vision
To be the premier and preferred provider of water and sanitation services of electric power generation and supply and quality to Rwandans.
